Light points in Sant Joan Despí: what changes from home to home
In areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan, houses and terraced homes have stairs, garages and storerooms that need switching from two floors or a sensor. Where winter evenings are long and cold, good lighting at the entrance and on the stairs makes a daily difference.
In homes in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, before opening anything we test the existing conduits with a draw wire: if there is a clear run, the new cable goes in without touching the wall. Only where there is none do we cut a short chase, then fill it ready for paint.
On the visit we mark every point and switch with you and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we fill the chases and clear the dust. We also work in nearby areas: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Light point installation in Sant Joan Despí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Joan Despí, in areas such as Centre, La Mossota, Residencial Sant Joan, Les Planes, Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, and also nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a light be switched from two places without building work?
Usually, yes. We use the existing conduit to run the two-way cable; if there is no free route, we cut a short chase and fill it afterwards.
03Will you fit light fittings I have bought myself?
Yes. We hang and connect pendants, ceiling lights and wall lights, check that the ceiling can take the weight and use the right fixings for each material.
