Multi-split in Sant Joan Despí: how we place the units
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan, the original consumer unit is not ready for a system of this size. We run a dedicated circuit to REBT standards and check with you whether the contracted power needs adjusting.
In homes in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, we start with a load calculation: we measure each room, its orientation and its windows to choose the output of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit is then sized on that total, without oversizing it.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Sant Joan Despí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Joan Despí, in areas such as Centre, La Mossota, Residencial Sant Joan, Les Planes, Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, and also nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
