Drains in Sant Feliu de Llobregat: what we find under the sinks
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Centre and Can Nadal, the drains drop to the garage or basement and leave to an outside chamber. Where winters are cold we protect runs through unheated spaces and leave rodding points at every change of direction.
If the basin gurgles when the bath empties, the problem is usually venting. In homes in areas such as Roses-Castellbell, Mas Lluí and Can Calders, we give each fixture its own trap and, where the stack is poorly vented, add an air admittance valve hidden inside a unit.
With over 20 years in plumbing, we handle the visit, the written quote and the work itself with units and floors protected, and leave everything clean. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Joan Despí, Molins de Rei and Sant Vicenç dels Horts.

Frequently asked questions
01Drain replacement in Sant Feliu de Llobregat: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Feliu de Llobregat in areas such as Centre, Can Nadal, Roses-Castellbell, Mas Lluí, Can Calders, La Salut, Les Grases and Falguera, and also nearby: Sant Joan Despí, Molins de Rei and Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
02Is unblocking enough, or does the drain need replacing?
If the pipe is old, has too little fall or is misshapen, the blockage comes back. On the visit we check the section and tell you whether it is worth replacing.
03Does the bathroom floor have to come up?
It depends on where the drain runs. It can often be replaced from the unit or an access panel; if it runs under the floor, we say so in the quote.
