Renovating a bedroom in Sant Feliu de Guíxols
In areas such as Centre and L'Eixample many homes are second residences and guest bedrooms are only used for part of the year. We suggest easy-clean floors, ventilated wardrobes and shutters that keep the sun out while the house is closed.
In bedrooms in areas such as Tueda, Tueda de Dalt and Vilartagues we start with the electrics: USB sockets on both sides of the bed, a two-way switch by the headboard and points for a TV and air conditioning. Then we smooth and paint the walls.
A site manager coordinates the electrician, painter, joiner and floor fitter so the trades do not get in each other's way. We also renovate bedrooms in the surrounding areas: Santa Cristina d'Aro, Castell d'Aro, Platja d'Aro i s'Agaró and Palafrugell.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Sant Feliu de Guíxols: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, in areas such as Centre, L'Eixample, Tueda, Tueda de Dalt, Vilartagues, Sant Pol, Port Salvi and Puntabrava, and also nearby: Santa Cristina d'Aro, Castell d'Aro, Platja d'Aro i s'Agaró and Palafrugell. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
