Wall-hung toilet installation in Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
We replace a floor-standing toilet with a wall-hung one in Sant Feliu de Guíxols: the cistern goes into the wall, the floor stays clear for mopping and the room feels larger.

From floor-standing to wall-hung in Sant Feliu de Guíxols
Near the sea, in areas such as Centre and L'Eixample, humidity is constant and attacks studs and screws. We close the frame with moisture-resistant board, use galvanised or stainless fixings and tank the lower section before tiling.
In bathrooms in areas such as Tueda, Tueda de Dalt and Vilartagues, we fix the frame to the floor slab with anchors suited to the substrate and level it both ways before tightening. The pan hangs on threaded rods that bear on the steel frame, not on the board.
A site manager coordinates the plumbing, boxing-in and tiling, and we protect the rest of the bathroom while we work. At the end we leave it clean. Nearby we also cover: Santa Cristina d'Aro, Castell d'Aro, Platja d'Aro i s'Agaró and Palafrugell.

Frequently asked questions
01Wall-hung toilet installation in Sant Feliu de Guíxols: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, in areas such as Centre, L'Eixample, Tueda, Tueda de Dalt, Vilartagues, Sant Pol, Port Salvi and Puntabrava, and also nearby: Santa Cristina d'Aro, Castell d'Aro, Platja d'Aro i s'Agaró and Palafrugell. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a wall-hung toilet take an adult's weight?
Yes. The load is carried not by the partition but by the steel frame anchored to floor and wall, which is why it must be fixed and levelled carefully.
03What if the concealed cistern goes wrong?
It can be repaired without breaking anything: the mechanism comes out through the flush plate opening. That is why we never tile over that access.
04Is building work needed to replace a floor-standing toilet?
Some, yes: the wall has to be opened or built out to house the frame, the waste adapted and the finish made good.
