Multi-split in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres: how we place the units
In houses on residential estates in areas such as Sant Pere i Catà, Can Cabot d'Amunt and La Vall, with a ground and an upper floor, we sometimes plan two multi-splits instead of one. Each floor gets its own outdoor unit, pipe runs are shorter and output is shared out better.
In areas such as Can Sanç and El Balís, condensate from several indoor units has to drain without drips. We run each drain with a fall to the waste system or to a quiet pump and, at the end, test every room separately in cooling and heating.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Mataró, Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Dosrius.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres in areas such as Sant Pere i Catà, Can Cabot d'Amunt, La Vall, Can Sanç, El Balís, L'Ametllereda, Bellaire and Canafort, and also nearby: Mataró, Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Dosrius.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
