Water leaks in Sant Andreu de la Barca: where they usually are
In 1960s to 80s town-centre flats in areas such as Nucli Antic and El Centre, galvanised steel corrodes from the inside and starts weeping at the threads. If the leak is a sign of a worn-out system, we explain it and help you decide whether to repair one section or replace more.
In showers and baths in areas such as La Plana, Pla de l'Estació and La Solana, many leaks come not from the pipe but from the trap, the waste valve or a failed silicone joint. We flood-test each part separately and only lift the tray or tiles once it is clear the fault lies underneath.
A site manager organises the plumber and the builder, we protect furniture and floors, and everything is left clean when we finish. We also come out to the surrounding areas: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Water leak repair in Sant Andreu de la Barca: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Andreu de la Barca, in areas such as Nucli Antic, El Centre, La Plana, Pla de l'Estació, La Solana, El Palau and La Colònia, and also nearby: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02How do you find the leak without tearing the place apart?
We close valves, isolate sections and check the pressure in each one. That narrows down the area, so we only open up where the damage is.
03The stain is on my neighbour's ceiling: is the problem mine?
Not necessarily. It could come from your shower, a waste pipe or a shared soil stack. We check your installation and tell you clearly where the water is coming from.
04What should I do until you arrive?
Turn off the main stopcock and, if water is reaching sockets or appliances, switch off the power to that area. Take photos of the damp: they help us prepare the visit.
