Small bathrooms in Sant Andreu de la Barca: how we gain space
In areas such as Nucli Antic and El Centre most flats date from the 1960s to the 80s and have one small bathroom with a bath. When renovating we usually fit a level-access shower, a short-projection WC and niches in the partition so nothing sticks out.
In areas such as La Plana, Pla de l'Estació and La Solana we build the shower tray to fit the space, falling to a drain, with a waterproof membrane under the tiles. A fixed glass panel with no door uses the full width of the room.
A site manager coordinates the plumber, tiler and electrician; we protect hallways and access routes, and the bathroom is left clean at the end. We also cover nearby areas: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Small bathroom renovation in Sant Andreu de la Barca: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Andreu de la Barca, in areas such as Nucli Antic, El Centre, La Plana, Pla de l'Estació, La Solana, El Palau and La Colònia, and also nearby: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a comfortable shower fit in a very narrow bathroom?
Usually, yes. A made-to-measure tray and a fixed glass panel with no door use the full width; the main constraint is where the soil stack is.
03Which tiles make a bathroom look bigger?
Light colours, large formats with few grout lines and the same material on floor and walls all help. Keep mosaic to a single feature wall.
