Bathroom furniture in Sant Andreu de la Barca: walls, pipework and space
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Nucli Antic and El Centre, the original unit is usually chipboard on legs or a pedestal basin. When replacing it we check the angle valves and waste, which are often worn, and change them before fitting the new unit.
When we fit a unit with drawers in areas such as La Plana, Pla de l'Estació and La Solana, we use a slimline or offset trap so the top drawer is cut back as little as possible. We seal the basin to the unit and the wall with sanitary silicone and test the waste at full flow.
Over 20 years of bathroom renovation means we can tell on the visit whether the wall and pipework will do. Detailed written quote, and a clean bathroom when we finish. We also work nearby: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Sant Andreu de la Barca: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Andreu de la Barca, in areas such as Nucli Antic, El Centre, La Plana, Pla de l'Estació, La Solana, El Palau and La Colònia, and also nearby: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
