Fitting a dishwasher in Sant Andreu de la Barca: what we check first
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Nucli Antic and El Centre, the sink is usually under the window and the supply was never meant for a dishwasher. We fit a dual-outlet valve or a new connection and, where the water is hard, show you how to set the machine's built-in softener.
For homes in areas such as La Plana, Pla de l'Estació and La Solana we check the electrics before plugging in: the dishwasher goes on the circuit set out in the REBT and should never share an extension lead with the oven or hob. If the socket ends up behind the machine, we move it to the next unit so it stays accessible.
A site manager coordinates the plumber and electrician so everything is done in one go and the kitchen is left clean. First comes the visit and a written quote. We also work nearby: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Dishwasher installation in Sant Andreu de la Barca: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Andreu de la Barca, in areas such as Nucli Antic, El Centre, La Plana, Pla de l'Estació, La Solana, El Palau and La Colònia, and also nearby: Martorell, Castellbisbal and Corbera de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the dishwasher go far from the sink?
Yes, but the drain hose only reaches so far. If the space is further away, we extend the waste pipe inside the wall with the right fall.
0345 cm or 60 cm dishwasher?
A 60 cm machine holds more and a 45 cm one suits narrow kitchens. We measure the space and tell you which fits without losing a useful drawer unit.
04Do you fit the door panel on an integrated dishwasher?
Yes. We line the panel up with the neighbouring units and adjust the door springs so it opens and closes smoothly.
