Old sealant, new joint: what we check at height
On houses on residential estates in areas such as Sant Adrià Nord and Sant Joan Baptista, the joints that fail most are around large windows, terraces and wall-to-slab junctions. We check each one and remake it with backer rod and elastic sealant.
