What we check before renovating a kitchen
Close to the sea, in areas such as Sant Adrià Nord and Sant Joan Baptista, damp builds up behind the sink and fridge, and mould appears in joints and on walls. Before fitting the new kitchen we treat the substrate, check the ventilation and seal every joint along the worktop.
For kitchens in areas such as La Mina, El Besòs and La Catalana we measure again after tiling and before ordering the units, because older walls are rarely square. The worktop is templated and cut to size once the base units are in place.
After the visit you get a written quote with every item listed; during the work we protect the rest of the home and leave it clean at the end. We also renovate kitchens nearby: Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete kitchen renovation in Sant Adrià de Besòs: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Adrià de Besòs in areas such as Sant Adrià Nord, Sant Joan Baptista, La Mina, El Besòs, La Catalana and La Verneda, and also nearby: Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
02Can the kitchen be moved to another part of the home?
Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.
03Who designs the new layout?
We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
