From old bathroom to new: what we do
In apartments and houses on residential estates in areas such as Sant Adrià Nord and Sant Joan Baptista it is common to have a main bathroom and a WC, or a bathroom by the pool that gets sand and chlorine. We go for non-slip surfaces, generous shower trays and materials that are easy to rinse clean.
On bathroom jobs in areas such as La Mina, El Besòs and La Catalana we also renew the electrics: a dedicated circuit, sealed light fittings over the shower and sockets kept clear of water in line with the REBT. We fit an extractor fan ducted to the shaft or to the outside wall to clear the steam.
After the visit you receive an itemised quote with labour and materials shown separately; during the work we protect hallways and floors and clear rubble daily. We also work in nearby areas: Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Sant Adrià de Besòs: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Adrià de Besòs in areas such as Sant Adrià Nord, Sant Joan Baptista, La Mina, El Besòs, La Catalana and La Verneda, and also nearby: Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
