From the roof down to the last drop
In areas such as Sant Adrià Nord and Sant Joan Baptista many apartments are second homes, and the residents' association often prefers cleaning before the summer season. We plan it with the property manager and avoid strong-wind days, which make abseiling on the seafront unsafe.
For post-construction cleans in areas such as La Mina, El Besòs and La Catalana we remove cement, silicone and paint residue with glass scrapers and specific products. We take extra care on toughened glass, and if a mark can't come off without damaging it, we tell you before carrying on.
With over 20 years in building work and maintenance, we send a written quote after the visit and one person coordinates the rope access team. We cover the surrounding areas too: Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet.

Frequently asked questions
01High-level window cleaning in Sant Adrià de Besòs: which areas do you cover?

02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
03Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
