From waste pipe to tap: sanitaryware fitted properly
In apartments and houses on residential estates in areas such as Sant Adrià Nord and Sant Joan Baptista, there is often a cloakroom by the pool or on the ground floor besides the main bathroom. We fit sanitaryware in each and check that all of it drains with a proper fall to the main drain or inspection chamber.
When fitting toilets and bidets in flats in areas such as La Mina, El Besòs and La Catalana, we level the unit on the floor, fix it with stainless screws and seal only the visible edge. That way, if the base ever leaks, you see it at once instead of it staying hidden.
Over 20 years of bathroom work: a site manager coordinates the job and we protect floors and hallways throughout. We also cover the surrounding areas: Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet.

Frequently asked questions
01Sanitaryware installation in Sant Adrià de Besòs: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Adrià de Besòs in areas such as Sant Adrià Nord, Sant Joan Baptista, La Mina, El Besòs, La Catalana and La Verneda, and also nearby: Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
02Will a new toilet fit my existing waste?
It depends on whether the outlet is vertical or horizontal and how far it sits from the wall. We check this on the visit so you choose a compatible model.
03Can I buy the sanitaryware myself?
Yes. We tell you which measurements to check before buying and fit everything with the connections it needs.
04Can the bidet be removed to free up space?
Yes. We cap off the supply and waste, make good the floor or tiles, and the space is free for a vanity unit or a wider shower.
