Making loose façade elements safe before anything else falls.

What making the façade safe includes
-
Rope access inspection
We survey the façade section by section and tap the render to find hollow areas.
-
Removing loose pieces
We take down render, cornice fragments or tiles that could fall to the street.
-
Protecting the pavement
We cordon off the area and fit netting where needed while we work.
-
Treating reinforcement
We clean off rust and passivate the steel in balcony edges and slab fronts.
-
Rebuilding
We restore the original shape with repair mortar, respecting mouldings and edges.
-
Matching finish
Paint or render in the same shade so the repair blends in.
How we make a façade safe
First we inspect the façade from the street and, if needed, on ropes. We mark the risk areas and prepare a detailed written quote, item by item.
With the pavement cordoned off, the rope access team removes loose pieces, treats rusted steel and rebuilds each element with repair mortar. A site manager agrees the order of work with the residents.
We finish with a matching coat, clear away the rubble and leave the pavement clean and open.

Frequently asked questions
01A piece of the façade has already fallen. What should we do first?
Cordon off the area below and contact us. Our first step is to remove the remaining loose pieces to eliminate the risk; the permanent repair is then set out in the quote.
02Is scaffolding needed?
On most façades, no. We use rope access, working on twin ropes from the roof, so the pavement is not taken up by structures and windows are not covered.
03Can you carry out the repairs listed in an inspection report?
Yes. With the building inspection report in hand, we check each point on the façade and quote for each repair item separately.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
There is no single price. The estimate depends on the condition and size of the home, the scope of the project, materials and work required. Tell us your idea so we can assess your specific case.
05How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the type of home, the scope of the work and the project's constraints. Once we have studied the renovation, we can give you a more accurate estimate.
06Can a home be renovated while people still live in it?
It depends on the scope, estimated duration and condition of the home. When we study the project, we will assess whether it is feasible and what precautions or alternatives should be considered.
07How can I request an estimate?
Choose what you want to renovate, tell us whether the work is partial or complete, and leave your name, phone number and email. This lets us provide initial guidance. You can also write to us directly on WhatsApp.
