What changes in a properly converted basement
In areas such as Centre, Barri Vell and El Veïnat and on their outskirts, many terraced and detached houses from the 1980s and 90s have a basement used only as a garage or store. We convert part of it into a gym, den or workshop and, where winters are cold, insulate floor and walls for year-round use.
