In areas such as Centre, Barri Vell and El Veïnat, with cold winters, a garage attached to the house with a single-skin metal door chills the rooms next to it. We install insulated sectional doors with perimeter seals and, where needed, insulate the ceiling below the bedrooms.
For a charging point in areas such as La Massana, Barri dels Escriptors and Mas Masó we run a dedicated line from the consumer unit or meter under ITC-BT-52 of the REBT, with its own RCD and a wall charger. At the visit we measure the cable route and match the power to the house supply.
