From ground floor to roof: how we work
In areas such as Centre, Barri Vell and El Veïnat, where winters are cold, a single-wall duct cools down, condenses and drips at the joints. We replace it with insulated duct, seal every joint and fit a condensate drain at the base where needed.
In areas such as La Massana, Barri dels Escriptors and Mas Masó we finish the outlet with a cowl above the roof, away from windows and air intakes. Where the duct passes through a wall or slab we fit a sleeve and a seal rated for the duct's temperature.
After the visit and written quote we mark off the work area, protect the pavement and leave street and roof clean when we finish. We also cover the surrounding area: Girona, Sant Gregori and Vilablareix.
