How we plan a wardrobe interior
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, Barri Vell and El Veïnat attic bedrooms have low walls and sloping ceilings. We build wardrobes that follow the roof line, with doors of different heights, so the space under the slope is not lost.
Where there is no alcove, in homes in areas such as La Massana, Barri dels Escriptors and Mas Masó we build a plasterboard partition on a stud frame to enclose the wardrobe up to the ceiling. We leave a route for the interior lighting and paint it to match the room.
After the visit you receive a written quote with sizes, doors and interior; we fit with the floor protected and leave the bedroom clean. Other nearby areas we cover: Girona, Sant Gregori and Vilablareix.

Frequently asked questions
01Fitted wardrobe installation in Salt: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Salt, in areas such as Centre, Barri Vell, El Veïnat, La Massana, Barri dels Escriptors and Mas Masó, and also nearby: Girona, Sant Gregori and Vilablareix. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Sliding or hinged doors?
Sliding doors need no room to open and suit tighter bedrooms. Hinged doors show the whole interior at once and blend more neatly into the wall.
03Can a fitted wardrobe go where there is no alcove?
Yes. We build the recess with a plasterboard partition or by closing off a corner, then fit the wardrobe inside. We plan it during the visit around the bedroom layout.
04How deep does a fitted wardrobe need to be?
Around 60 cm to hang clothes comfortably. With less depth, pull-out front rails work, or the wardrobe can be given over to shelving.
