Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Centre, Barri Vell and El Veïnat, the original consumer unit is not ready for a system of this size. We run a dedicated circuit to REBT standards and check with you whether the contracted power needs adjusting.
In flats in areas such as La Massana, Barri dels Escriptors and Mas Masó, not every room needs the same unit: a ceiling cassette may suit the living room, wall splits the bedrooms and a low console the loft. All of them connect to the same outdoor unit.
A site manager sets the order of work, from refrigerant lines to start-up, and we clean up at the end. After the visit you receive a written quote. We also install nearby: Girona, Sant Gregori and Vilablareix.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Salt: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Salt, in areas such as Centre, Barri Vell, El Veïnat, La Massana, Barri dels Escriptors and Mas Masó, and also nearby: Girona, Sant Gregori and Vilablareix. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
