What changes when we renovate a bathroom in Sabadell
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, La Creu Alta and Gràcia we often renovate more than one bathroom at once, sometimes on different floors. Where winters are cold we suggest electric underfloor heating or a towel radiator, and check the insulation on pipes running through outside walls.
On jobs in areas such as Ca n'Oriac, Torreguitart and Can Deu we set out the tiles before the first cut, so wall and floor joints line up and cut pieces end up in the least visible corners. With large-format tiles we check the wall is flat and, where needed, level it with mortar or moisture-resistant board.
Following a visit to check measurements and services, we prepare a detailed written quote, and our team hands the bathroom over clean, with no building dust left behind. Nearby areas we also cover: Terrassa, Barberà del Vallès and Castellar del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Sabadell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sabadell, in areas such as Centre, La Creu Alta, Gràcia, Sant Oleguer, Ca n'Oriac, Torreguitart, Can Deu and La Plana del Pintor, and also nearby: Terrassa, Barberà del Vallès and Castellar del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
