Renovating a bedroom in Sabadell
In areas such as Centre, La Creu Alta and Gràcia, where winter nights are cold, a bedroom with an uninsulated outside wall is noticeable. We line that wall with insulation, replace the window and choose flooring that feels warm underfoot.
For bedroom floors in areas such as Ca n'Oriac, Torreguitart and Can Deu we usually suggest wood or laminate over an underlay that deadens footsteps. We trim the doors if needed and finish with matching skirting boards.
More than 20 years of renovating homes lets us handle a bedroom in an orderly way, keeping dust away from the rest of the house and leaving it clean. We also cover nearby areas: Terrassa, Barberà del Vallès and Castellar del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Sabadell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sabadell, in areas such as Centre, La Creu Alta, Gràcia, Sant Oleguer, Ca n'Oriac, Torreguitart, Can Deu and La Plana del Pintor, and also nearby: Terrassa, Barberà del Vallès and Castellar del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
