Replacing a vanity unit in Sabadell
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, La Creu Alta and Gràcia, bathroom walls may be brick, block or plasterboard depending on the floor. We pick the right fixing for each and, on plasterboard, add timber or metal reinforcement before hanging the unit.
When we fit a unit with drawers in areas such as Ca n'Oriac, Torreguitart and Can Deu, we use a slimline or offset trap so the top drawer is cut back as little as possible. We seal the basin to the unit and the wall with sanitary silicone and test the waste at full flow.
A site manager coordinates the fitter, plumber and electrician when needed, and the bathroom is left ready to use. First comes the visit and a written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Terrassa, Barberà del Vallès and Castellar del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Sabadell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sabadell, in areas such as Centre, La Creu Alta, Gràcia, Sant Oleguer, Ca n'Oriac, Torreguitart, Can Deu and La Plana del Pintor, and also nearby: Terrassa, Barberà del Vallès and Castellar del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
