Recent work
Renovating a dining room in Rubí: light, space, storage
In 60s to 80s flats in areas such as Centre and Mercat the dining and living areas often form one long room with a single central light. We give the table zone its own light point and a dimmer separate from the living room.
In the dining rooms we renovate in areas such as Ca n'Alzamora, 25 de Setembre and Can Vallhonrat we run the light point through a chase or suspended ceiling to the exact centre of the table and add a dimmer to set the level for each meal.
After the visit you get a written quote broken down by item; at the end we remove protection and leftovers and check the light over the table. We also cover nearby: Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Castellbisbal.

Frequently asked questions
01Dining room renovation in Rubí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Rubí, in areas such as Centre, Mercat, Ca n'Alzamora, 25 de Setembre, Can Vallhonrat, El Pinar, Can Rosés and Les Torres, and also nearby: Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Castellbisbal. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the ceiling light be moved to sit over the centre of the table?
Yes. We run it across the ceiling in a chase or inside a false ceiling and leave the connection box right above the centre of the table.
03How can echo be reduced in a dining room?
With surfaces that absorb sound: wooden panelling, fabric panels, curtains or a false ceiling with acoustic board. We choose what suits the style of the room.
