How we prepare walls before painting
In areas such as Centre and Mercat most flats date from the 1960s to the 80s, with gotelé, distemper or dark colours that need covering. Where needed we skim the walls before painting, so the light does not pick out every bump.
In flats in areas such as Ca n'Alzamora, 25 de Setembre and Can Vallhonrat, the most common request is going from a dark or strong colour to a light one. We then apply a neutral-tinted primer followed by two coats, so the old shade does not show through.
