What a small kitchen renovation includes
-
A layout that uses the space
Single-wall, L-shaped or galley, chosen to suit the space available.
-
Units up to the ceiling
Taller wall units for more storage without taking up floor space.
-
Useful corners
Pull-out corner units, deep drawers and plinth drawers.
-
Compact appliances
Two- or three-zone hob, oven in a tall unit and a 45 cm dishwasher.
-
Light and pale finishes
LED strip under the wall units and pale finishes that make the room feel bigger.
-
Sliding door
If a hinged door gets in the way, we replace it with a sliding or pocket door.
Small kitchens in Roses: how we find extra space
In flats and developments near the sea, in areas such as Centre, L'Eixample and Quatre Camins, many kitchens have a window onto the terrace that is worth keeping clear. We put the wall units on the blank wall, the prep area under the daylight and use light finishes.
In areas such as Santa Margarida and Salatar we deal with dead corners using pull-out fittings and deep drawers, and we check every door and appliance as it opens so nothing clashes.
We come to measure the kitchen, suggest a layout and set it out in a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates each trade. We also work in nearby areas: Castelló d'Empúries, Palau-saverdera and Cadaqués.

Frequently asked questions
01Small kitchen renovation in Roses: which areas do you cover?
We work in Roses in areas such as Centre, L'Eixample, Quatre Camins, La Ciutadella, Santa Margarida, Salatar, Mas Oliva and La Garriga, and also nearby: Castelló d'Empúries, Palau-saverdera and Cadaqués.
02Will a dishwasher fit in a narrow kitchen?
Usually, yes, in the 45 cm wide version. We look for a space next to the sink so it can share the water supply and waste.
03How can I gain storage without making the kitchen feel tighter?
By taking wall units up to the ceiling, using the plinth as a drawer and fitting pull-out hardware in the corners. The footprint stays the same and far more fits in.
