Small bathrooms in Roses: how we gain space
In flats in areas such as Centre, L'Eixample and Quatre Camins a cloakroom by the front door or a windowless bathroom is common. We deal with it using mechanical ventilation, a pocket door that does not open into the hallway, and light colours with good LED lighting.
To add storage to bathrooms in areas such as Santa Margarida and Salatar we form niches in the shower partition and choose a wall-hung vanity with drawers. The mirror can be a shallow recessed cabinet with built-in lighting.
On the visit we measure the room, locate the soil stack and suggest a layout; you then receive a detailed written quote. We also renovate small bathrooms in nearby areas: Castelló d'Empúries, Palau-saverdera and Cadaqués.

Frequently asked questions
01Small bathroom renovation in Roses: which areas do you cover?
We work in Roses in areas such as Centre, L'Eixample, Quatre Camins, La Ciutadella, Santa Margarida, Salatar, Mas Oliva and La Garriga, and also nearby: Castelló d'Empúries, Palau-saverdera and Cadaqués.
02Can a comfortable shower fit in a very narrow bathroom?
Usually, yes. A made-to-measure tray and a fixed glass panel with no door use the full width; the main constraint is where the soil stack is.
03Which tiles make a bathroom look bigger?
Light colours, large formats with few grout lines and the same material on floor and walls all help. Keep mosaic to a single feature wall.
