How we reseal façade joints in Ripollet
In 1960s to 80s blocks in areas such as Centre and Quatre Cantons, expansion joints and precast panel joints usually still have their original sealant. When damp shows inside, we cut that seal out and redo it drop by drop.
Before sealing on buildings in areas such as Can Tiana and Pont Vell, we prime the edges to suit the substrate: concrete, stone, aluminium or PVC. Then we gun in the sealant, tool it smooth and peel off the masking tape.
