During the visit we measure the flat in detail and see which partitions, soil stacks and windows shape the layout. We show you options on the plan and prepare a detailed written quote.
Once the layout is settled, the site manager organises the work so every metre is resolved: new partitions, relocated services, a made-to-measure kitchen and joinery.
We finish with the flooring, painting and fitted wardrobes, and leave the flat clean, tidy and ready to move into.
