How we renovate a flat with history
During the visit we check beams, ceilings, damp and installations, and decide with you what stays: encaustic tile floors, cornices or original joinery. With all of that we prepare a detailed written quote.
The site manager starts with what you cannot see: pipes, wiring, wall repairs and reinforcement where needed. Then come the kitchen, bathrooms and finishes, with the original features protected.
When we finish, the flat keeps its character, with new installations, sound walls and everything clean and checked.
