What a partial renovation can include
-
New doors and fronts
We replace doors, handles and hinges and keep carcasses that are in good condition.
-
New worktop
We remove the old one and fit a new worktop on the existing units.
-
Splashback
Tiles, thin porcelain or glass, laid over the old surface if it is sound.
-
Under-cabinet lighting
LED strip under the wall units so you work in good light at the worktop.
-
Appliances
We replace and build in the oven, hob or hood in the existing space.
-
Sink and tap
A new flush-fitted sink and a tap with new connections.
How we handle a partial renovation
During the visit we look at the units, services and wall finishes to decide what stays and what changes. We set it all out in a written quote.
We work in stages and protect the units that stay. The site manager plans the order so the kitchen is out of use for as short a time as possible.
To finish, we adjust doors, seal joints, reconnect anything we have touched and leave the kitchen clean.

Frequently asked questions
01Can I keep my current units?
If the carcasses are sound and free of damp, yes. During the visit we check hinges, shelves and backs, and tell you what is worth keeping and what should go.
02Can the splashback be tiled without removing the old tiles?
Often, yes, if the old tiles are firmly bonded. You lose very little depth and avoid chiselling, with less dust and less rubble.
03How much does a complete renovation cost?
There is no single price. The estimate depends on the condition and size of the home, the scope of the project, materials and work required. Tell us your idea so we can assess your specific case.
04How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the type of home, the scope of the work and the project's constraints. Once we have studied the renovation, we can give you a more accurate estimate.
05Can a home be renovated while people still live in it?
It depends on the scope, estimated duration and condition of the home. When we study the project, we will assess whether it is feasible and what precautions or alternatives should be considered.
06How can I request an estimate?
Choose what you want to renovate, tell us whether the work is partial or complete, and leave your name, phone number and email. This lets us provide initial guidance. You can also write to us directly on WhatsApp.
