How we organise a complete renovation
We visit the flat, take measurements and talk about how you want to live in it. Once the layout and materials are agreed, we prepare a detailed written quote, item by item.
A site manager coordinates each phase in order: strip-out, partitions, installations, kitchen and bathrooms, floors and painting. Each trade starts once the previous one has finished.
At the end we go through every room with you, test the installations and clean thoroughly, so all that is left is to bring in the furniture.

We let the building's community know when work starts, protect the lift and entrance hall, and clear the debris every day.
