When does a garage need renovating?

  • Cracked floor with oil stains
  • Slow, noisy or manual door
  • Too little light to manoeuvre
  • No socket to charge the car

What the garage renovation includes

  • Resin flooring

Epoxy or polyurethane over repaired concrete, resistant to oil and tyres.

  • Motorised door

Sectional or up-and-over door with motor, remote and safety photocell.

  • Sealed lighting

Dust- and moisture-proof LED fittings with motion sensors.

  • EV charging point

A line from the consumer unit and a charger for your electric car, to REBT standards.

  • Walls and markings

Washable paint, protective skirting and marked bays and walkways.

  • Storage and workbench

Shelving and a tool area that don't eat into parking space.

How we renovate your garage

We visit the garage and check the concrete, the door, the lighting and the distance to the consumer unit or meter. Based on what you need, we prepare a detailed written quote.

The site manager plans the job so the floor goes last: electrics and charging first, then walls and door, and finally the resin with its curing time.

We hand over the garage clean, with the door and charger tested, ready to park in again.

Frequently asked questions

01

Which floor stands up best to cars?

An epoxy or polyurethane resin floor over a well-prepared slab: it doesn't create dust, resists oil and cleans with a mop. If the concrete is badly damaged, we repair it first.

02

Can a charging point go in a shared residential garage?

Yes. The line usually runs from your own meter to your space, following ITC-BT-52 of the REBT. The residents' association is notified before work starts, and on the visit we plan the cable route.

03

How much does a complete renovation cost?

There is no single price. The estimate depends on the condition and size of the home, the scope of the project, materials and work required. Tell us your idea so we can assess your specific case.

04

How long does a renovation take?

It depends on the type of home, the scope of the work and the project's constraints. Once we have studied the renovation, we can give you a more accurate estimate.

05

Can a home be renovated while people still live in it?

It depends on the scope, estimated duration and condition of the home. When we study the project, we will assess whether it is feasible and what precautions or alternatives should be considered.

06

How can I request an estimate?

Choose what you want to renovate, tell us whether the work is partial or complete, and leave your name, phone number and email. This lets us provide initial guidance. You can also write to us directly on WhatsApp.
