What the plumbing renovation includes
-
Survey and layout
We go over the installation and plan supply points, pipe runs and valves room by room.
-
Hot and cold water
New multilayer or PEX pipe from the meter to every fixture.
-
Isolation valves per room
Shut off the bathroom or kitchen without cutting the water to the rest of the home.
-
Waste pipes to the stack
PVC pipe laid at the right fall to the building's soil stack.
-
Appliance connections
Water for the washing machine, dishwasher, water heater and fridge, where you need it.
-
System pressure-tested
We check that every joint is watertight before walls and floors are closed.
How we work, step by step
We visit the home, locate the meter, the valves and the soil stack, and check what the pipes are made of. Based on the supply points each room needs, we prepare a detailed written quote.
A site manager organises the work by area: hot and cold water first, then the waste pipes and finally the connection of each fixture, in line with the CTE.
Before closing up, we pressurise the system and check every joint. We hand over a clean home, with water at every point and the valves labelled.

Frequently asked questions
01What pipe material do you use?
Usually multilayer or PEX for water and PVC for waste. We choose it based on the existing installation, the pipe runs and the type of home, and set it out in the quote.
02Can the plumbing be renewed without redoing the whole kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. We can run the new pipe through chases or the ceiling and open up only what is needed. We assess it on the visit, depending on the finishes you want to keep.
03Does the water to the whole building need to be cut off?
Usually closing your own stopcock is enough. If the riser or the soil stack has to be touched, we coordinate with the owners' association and give notice in advance.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
There is no single price. The estimate depends on the condition and size of the home, the scope of the project, materials and work required. Tell us your idea so we can assess your specific case.
05How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the type of home, the scope of the work and the project's constraints. Once we have studied the renovation, we can give you a more accurate estimate.
06Can a home be renovated while people still live in it?
It depends on the scope, estimated duration and condition of the home. When we study the project, we will assess whether it is feasible and what precautions or alternatives should be considered.
07How can I request an estimate?
Choose what you want to renovate, tell us whether the work is partial or complete, and leave your name, phone number and email. This lets us provide initial guidance. You can also write to us directly on WhatsApp.
