How we renovate a studio
During the visit we look at the whole space, the window, the extraction outlet and where the soil stacks and services run. We suggest a zoned layout and prepare a detailed written quote.
The site manager sequences the work in a tight space: installations and bathroom first, then the kitchen, partitions and made-to-measure joinery, and finally flooring and painting.
When we finish, every zone has its own lighting, storage and purpose, and the studio is clean and ready to live in or let.
