How we repair your balcony
We inspect the balcony up close: edge, underside, reinforcement, railing and flooring. Depending on the damage and access, we prepare a detailed written quote.
The site manager organises the concrete repair, steel treatment and rebuilding with structural mortar, followed by waterproofing, drip edge and railing.
When we finish, we clear away debris and protection, check the anchors and leave the balcony clean and ready to use.
