How we work on a penthouse
We go up to see the penthouse and terrace: the state of the waterproofing, drains, windows and how the sun comes in. From that we prepare a detailed written quote, with interior and exterior shown separately.
The site manager deals with the terrace and roof first, so the interior is protected, and then with layout, installations and finishes. Materials and debris are moved with the lift and stairs protected.
We finish with the terrace water-tested, the interior clean and the penthouse ready to enjoy indoors and out.
