Bedrooms in Premià de Mar: what we change most often
In apartments in areas such as Casc Antic and Centre bedrooms are often tight, with little storage. We solve this with fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and headboards with built-in shelves or sockets.
If the bedroom has textured gotelé walls, which is common in areas such as Santa Maria, Santa Anna and Tió, we strip them or skim over them, sand and paint in matt, soft tones that reflect light without glare.
A site manager coordinates the electrician, painter, joiner and floor fitter so the trades do not get in each other's way. We also renovate bedrooms in the surrounding areas: El Masnou, Premià de Dalt and Vilassar de Mar.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Premià de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We work in Premià de Mar in areas such as Casc Antic, Centre, Santa Maria, Santa Anna, Tió, Llevant, El Palmar and Banyeres, and also nearby: El Masnou, Premià de Dalt and Vilassar de Mar.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
