Bedrooms in Platja d'Aro: what we change most often
In areas such as Platja d'Aro and Fenals sea humidity shows in bedrooms: wardrobes that smell musty and marks behind the furniture. We ventilate inside the wardrobe, keep units off the outside wall and use mould-resistant paints.
If the bedroom has textured gotelé walls, which is common in areas such as Castell d'Aro, Fenals d'Amunt and Vallvanera, we strip them or skim over them, sand and paint in matt, soft tones that reflect light without glare.
More than 20 years of renovating homes lets us handle a bedroom in an orderly way, keeping dust away from the rest of the house and leaving it clean. We also cover nearby areas: Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Calonge i Sant Antoni.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Platja d'Aro: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Platja d'Aro, in areas such as Platja d'Aro, Fenals, Castell d'Aro, Fenals d'Amunt, Vallvanera, S'Agaró and Mas Nou, and also nearby: Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Calonge i Sant Antoni. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
