Fitting a dishwasher in Platja d'Aro: what we check first
In seaside flats in areas such as Platja d'Aro and Fenals, the dishwasher often sits unused for weeks between stays. We put the isolation valve within easy reach so you can turn it off when you leave, and use good-quality fittings and sockets, as damp salty air corrodes connections faster.
In flats in areas such as Castell d'Aro, Fenals d'Amunt and Vallvanera the space is usually taken by a drawer unit. We take it out, fit the strip that protects the underside of the worktop from steam and level the machine on its adjustable feet so the door sits flush with the neighbouring units.
For over 20 years we have worked in kitchens in flats and houses: we check the connections and units on the visit and give you a detailed written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Calonge i Sant Antoni.

Frequently asked questions
01Dishwasher installation in Platja d'Aro: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Platja d'Aro, in areas such as Platja d'Aro, Fenals, Castell d'Aro, Fenals d'Amunt, Vallvanera, S'Agaró and Mas Nou, and also nearby: Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Calonge i Sant Antoni. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the dishwasher go far from the sink?
Yes, but the drain hose only reaches so far. If the space is further away, we extend the waste pipe inside the wall with the right fall.
0345 cm or 60 cm dishwasher?
A 60 cm machine holds more and a 45 cm one suits narrow kitchens. We measure the space and tell you which fits without losing a useful drawer unit.
04Do you fit the door panel on an integrated dishwasher?
Yes. We line the panel up with the neighbouring units and adjust the door springs so it opens and closes smoothly.
