How we paint a façade
We visit the building, check the render, the cracks and the access, and decide whether to use scaffolding or rope access. With all that we prepare a detailed written quote for the community or the owner.
A site manager coordinates the work section by section: protecting the pavement and balconies, pressure washing, repairing the substrate and applying two coats of exterior paint.
When we finish, we take down the access equipment, clean the street and go over the façade with you.
