Bedrooms in Parets del Vallès: what we change most often
In houses in areas such as Barri Antic and Eixample the main bedroom often has room for a walk-in closet or an en suite bathroom. We check where the nearest soil stack is and how much fall is available before proposing a layout.
In bedrooms in areas such as Can Riera, Can Cerdanet and Can Massot we start with the electrics: USB sockets on both sides of the bed, a two-way switch by the headboard and points for a TV and air conditioning. Then we smooth and paint the walls.
A site manager coordinates the electrician, painter, joiner and floor fitter so the trades do not get in each other's way. We also renovate bedrooms in the surrounding areas: Granollers, Mollet del Vallès and Montmeló.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Parets del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Parets del Vallès, in areas such as Barri Antic, Eixample, Can Riera, Can Cerdanet, Can Massot and L'Escorxador, and also nearby: Granollers, Mollet del Vallès and Montmeló. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
