Interior doors in Parets del Vallès: what we find in the openings
In areas such as Barri Antic and Eixample, where winters are cold, people often ask for solid doors with draught seals to keep bedrooms and the living room warm. Where there is no room for a door to swing, we suggest pocket sliding doors.
In flats and houses in areas such as Can Riera, Can Cerdanet and Can Massot, we take out the old door by cutting the frame into pieces so no plaster comes away. The new frame is fixed level and plumb with wedges and foam, and we check the leaf does not swing open or shut on its own.
Over 20 years' experience in renovation: we measure, quote in writing and fit the doors without leaving dust or sawdust behind. We also replace doors nearby: Granollers, Mollet del Vallès and Montmeló.

Frequently asked questions
01Interior door installation in Parets del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Parets del Vallès, in areas such as Barri Antic, Eixample, Can Riera, Can Cerdanet, Can Massot and L'Escorxador, and also nearby: Granollers, Mollet del Vallès and Montmeló. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can I replace just the door leaf and keep the frame?
If the frame is straight and in good condition, yes: we make a leaf to fit the opening. If it is out of true or the floor level changes, a complete door set is the sensible choice.
03Does replacing doors involve building work?
Usually not. The new frame is fixed to the subframe or wall and the architraves cover the joint; at most, a little paint touch-up is needed.
04Which doors keep out more noise?
Solid-core leaves with a seal in the frame. Hollow-core doors are light but let more sound through, so we keep them for rooms where privacy matters less.
