Multi-split in Parets del Vallès: how we place the units
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Barri Antic and Eixample, the outdoor unit usually goes in the garden, the back patio or on the roof. We look for a central spot to shorten the pipe runs to each room and keep noise away from bedrooms.
In homes in areas such as Can Riera, Can Cerdanet and Can Massot, we start with a load calculation: we measure each room, its orientation and its windows to choose the output of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit is then sized on that total, without oversizing it.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Granollers, Mollet del Vallès and Montmeló.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Parets del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Parets del Vallès, in areas such as Barri Antic, Eixample, Can Riera, Can Cerdanet, Can Massot and L'Escorxador, and also nearby: Granollers, Mollet del Vallès and Montmeló. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
