Renovating a utility room or gallery in Palau-solità i Plegamans
In areas such as Palau-solità, Plegamans and El Castell, with cold, damp winters, drying outside isn't always an option. We fit ceiling-mounted pulley airers, a circuit for a tumble dryer and ventilation that removes steam without chilling the rest of the house.
In areas such as Les Cases Noves, La Sagrera and Can Riera we finish the walls with tiles or washable anti-mould paint and lay a non-slip floor that copes with water. Above or beside the washing machine we fit a worktop for folding and cupboards for detergents out of children's reach.
The same site manager follows the job from the visit and, at the end, we test the connections and waste and take the debris away. We also cover nearby areas: Mollet del Vallès, Santa Perpètua de Mogoda and Caldes de Montbui.
