Replacing a vanity unit in Palau-solità i Plegamans
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Palau-solità, Plegamans and El Castell, the original unit is usually chipboard on legs or a pedestal basin. When replacing it we check the angle valves and waste, which are often worn, and change them before fitting the new unit.
For homes in areas such as Les Cases Noves, La Sagrera and Can Riera we hang the mirror, cabinet and tall unit in line with the vanity, at a comfortable height for whoever uses them. If they are lit, we connect them to a point that respects the bathroom safety zones set out in the REBT.
A site manager coordinates the fitter, plumber and electrician when needed, and the bathroom is left ready to use. First comes the visit and a written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Mollet del Vallès, Santa Perpètua de Mogoda and Caldes de Montbui.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Palau-solità i Plegamans: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Palau-solità i Plegamans, in areas such as Palau-solità, Plegamans, El Castell, Les Cases Noves, La Sagrera, Can Riera, La Tenda Nova and La Pineda, and also nearby: Mollet del Vallès, Santa Perpètua de Mogoda and Caldes de Montbui. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
