Ducts and grilles in Palau-solità i Plegamans, room by room
In 1960s to 80s flats in town centres, in areas such as Palau-solità, Plegamans and El Castell, ducted air usually comes with a renovation: we use the new hallway false ceiling to hide the unit and ducts. With a heat pump, the same system heats in winter.
When zoning is wanted, as many families in areas such as Les Cases Noves, La Sagrera and Can Riera ask, we fit a motorised damper on each outlet and a thermostat in each room. The living room can be cooled by day and the bedrooms at night, with nothing spent on empty rooms.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the system with you on the floor plan and set it out in a written quote. We also cover nearby areas: Mollet del Vallès, Santa Perpètua de Mogoda and Caldes de Montbui.

Frequently asked questions
01Ducted air conditioning installation in Palau-solità i Plegamans: which areas do you cover?

02Does the whole home need a lowered ceiling?
Not always. A false ceiling in the hallway, bathroom or entrance, where the ducts run, is usually enough; in the rooms we only cut openings for the grilles.
03Is a ducted system noisy?
Properly sized, it is one of the quietest options: the unit sits away from the bedrooms and the air leaves the grilles at low speed.
04Can each room have its own temperature?
Yes, with a zoning system: motorised dampers in the ducts and a thermostat in each room that opens or closes the airflow.
