Making a façade safe in Palafrugell, on ropes

On houses and estates in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent, sun, damp and salt loosen cladding, tile slips and render on walls and eaves. We remove anything that sounds hollow and refix or replace it, with the joint sealed.

While working on buildings in areas such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu, we cordon off the pavement, put up netting where needed and lower rubble in bags, never dropping it. Finally we apply paint or render in the same shade so the repair blends in.

A site manager coordinates the rope access team with the residents and, when we finish, we clear the rubble and leave the pavement clean. We work in the surrounding areas too: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós.
