Your living room in Palafrugell, from visit to last socket
In flats and houses in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda and Molí de Vent the living room is often open to the dining area and the terrace. We organise it with a TV wall that divides the space, ducted air conditioning and lighting that lets each area be used on its own.
When we join the living room and kitchen in areas such as Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu we bring the floor levels together so a continuous surface can be laid without trims, and we treat the joint with the old wall so no cracks appear once painted.
While the work is under way we close off the living room with sheeting so dust does not reach the rest of the home, and hand it over clean, ready for the furniture. We renovate living rooms nearby too: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01Living room renovation in Palafrugell: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Palafrugell, in areas such as Pedró, Sauleda, Molí de Vent, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Llofriu and Santa Margarida, and also nearby: Mont-ras, Begur and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02How are the TV and equipment cables hidden?
We run concealed conduit from the outlet to the unit or build a plasterboard lining with niches, so only the screen is visible.
03Can air conditioning be fitted without the unit on show?
Yes, with a ducted system: the unit sits in the false ceiling of the hallway or bathroom and only linear grilles appear in the living room.
